U.S. retailers are getting better at blocking underage teens from buying M-rated video games, says an FTC survey using undercover 13- to 16-year-old shoppers. Just 20% of the undercover teens were able to buy M-rated games, vs. 42% in '06. Retailer GameStop was the best at blocking underage sales of video games, stopping 94% of them. "MarketPlace" was broadcasted on Feb 6 and re-ran on CBC NewsWorld on Feb 9. It was about claims made and declined by the major banks (and their underwriter Canada Life) regarding mortgage insurance that the borrowers took when they assumed their mortgage.Link: http://www.cbc.ca/marketplace/in_denial/

Earthlings, if you are too lazy to walk, we offer you another alternative green technology called a bicycle. Humans should ride everywhere on their bikes. The new fashion trend riding bikes, especially since gas is nearly $4 per gallon.
