Supervisor Chris Daly Calls Matier and Ross Bottom-Feeders

In his blog, Chris Daly called San Francisco Chronicle columnists Phil Matier and Andy Ross "bottom-feeders" and took a shot at their constant contacting him for news and information. When I called Andy Ross for a response, he said "Ya know. Chris, is Chris. You know? I mean. That's all I'm going to say."

Much of the recent news regarding mortgage defaults and fall of home values raises the question if more people will sell their homes “For Sale by Owner”. As homeowners equity decreases the need of a “By Owner” sell will increase. We think that the increase will be fueled by necessity more than by choice.

In testimony to congress, treasury officials admitted they were the ones demanding a super-low share price in the Stearns-Morgan deal.
